Jessica G. Wolski is an associate attorney at Madigan & Lewis, LLP.
Ms. Wolski brings more than 12 years of experience in the legal field. She earned her Juris Doctor degree while working full-time as a family law paralegal. While obtaining her B.A. Ms. Wolski volunteered as a San Joaquin County Small Claims Advisor and at the Family Law In Pro Per Clinic for San Joaquin County. Ms. Wolski has experience in navigating family law matters including child custody and visitation, child and spousal support, property characterization and division, domestic violence restraining orders, and settlement negotiations.

- Ms. Wolski earned a Bachelor of Arts in Paralegal Studies from Humphreys University (2009) and a Juris Doctor from Lincoln Law School of San Jose, where she graduated as the Class Valedictorian (2019).
- While in law school, Ms. Wolski served as an Assistant Editor of the Law Review, was a Certified Law Student, participated in the Student Bar Association, and was a member of the American Inns of Court. She was also a recipient of the La Raza Lawyers Scholarship from Santa Clara La Raza Lawyers Association, recipient of the Scholar Awards, and the recipient of the Dean Jerome Sack Memorial Scholarship Award.
