Barbara Guzman is the Office Manager at Madigan & Lewis, LLP.  With over a decade of experience in administrative and managerial roles, Ms. Guzman excels in creating efficient office environments, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and providing exceptional customer service.  Her expertise includes office management, team coordination, and project management.  Proficient in various office software, she has a talent for streamlining processes to enhance productivity.  Her strong communication skills and attention to detail have been instrumental in leading successful projects.

In her current role at Madigan & Lewis, LLP, Ms. Guzman oversees the daily operations and business functions of the firm, provides customer support to both potential and existing clients, and offers administrative support to all attorneys and staff.

Ms. Guzman is bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish, and holds a B.A. in Social Behavioral Sciences with a Pre-Law Minor from California State University, Monterey Bay, graduating summa cum laude.

Outside of work, Ms. Guzman enjoys volunteering, traveling, exploring new hiking trails, and endurance training.  She is passionate about continuous learning and frequently participates in professional development courses to stay up-to-date and learn new skills.
